Returns

You may communicate withdrawal within 14 days after delivery, without giving a reason, by emailing customerservice@sealup.net. The dedicated DHL portal lets you arrange the return shipment; it is not the only way to communicate withdrawal.

Withdrawal must be communicated within 14 days after delivery, or after receiving the last item where an order is delivered separately. Sealup bears the return shipping cost. Goods must be sent back within 14 days after withdrawal is communicated, subject to agreed collection arrangements.
