Sealup boasts a fully integrated and certified industrial structure, exclusively Italian. The entire production process preserves the craftsmanship spirit of quality care in every detail, skillfully integrated into an industrial organization based on two company-owned facilities (Lomazzo and Calusco D'Adda) and two in partnership (Fontanella and Costa di Mezzate), where the entire design, cutting, and production cycle take place.

Fabric cutting
Together with young business partners Martina Donghi and Roberto Tasca, Sealup founded Coupe de Luxe, a new company that uses state-of-the-art cutting machines powered by artificial intelligence. This stage is essential to achieving the highest standards of luxury garment construction, as cutting precision is measured in millimetres. It also benefits sustainability through significant energy savings, lower fabric consumption and reduced waste.
